Recognition, Autonomy, Resources, Ownership
We want to celebrate Peruvian cuisine here in Canada! As first generation Canadian-Peruvians we grew up eating Peruvian classic dishes like Ceviche, Lomo Saltado and Pollo a la Brasa around the dinner table at home and its our passion to share that expereince with as many people as we can. Sharing delicious food with the people you love is one of the world's greatest little gifts!
We are proud to be sharing Peruvian gastronomy and be a part of the community of Markham over the past 10 years. Peru is not represented in Canada enough and when we see the diverse community of Markham, Toronto and the GTA enjoying our food it makes us truly proud.
Our competitive advantage is our authenticity and management. We use imported Peruvian kitchen equipment and imported Peruvian ingredients like aji panca, aji amarillo, aji Limo, aji rocoto, pulpo de lucuma, and cumino to showcase our Peruvian cuisine.
Our Canadian-Peruvian nationality uniquely positions us to speak to every community in Canada. We are proudly Canadian and we are proudly Peruvian! Our story is similar to millions of other Canadian families who have immigrated to Canada and have struggled to build a foundation for their future. As first generation Canadians we truly feel it's our duty to honour the sacrifices our family have made and uphold the values bestowed to us in our business and in our personal lives.
Over the past 10 years we have built trust in our community and established relationships with our guests, our employees, and our vendors. We have expereinced firsthand how empowering it is to see your culture represented in the community you work and live in. Our company is an example of a successful family owned Canadian-Peruvian business and it is our passion to celebrate Peru across Canada!
